This high waisted brief is the elongated version of okko's Signature Mid-Rise Brief. Designed to reveal a touch of cheek, it’ll smooth and hold you in just like a gentle hug. An elastic free bonded waistband keeps the underwear from slipping down.

For accurate sizing, go by the waist measurement. If you’re in between sizes, we recommend sizing down.
