Refund policy

Email us at for returns and exchanges. Please note, as a small business we need to charge a small restocking fee of $5 for returns. This covers the cost of your return label and repackaging of your returned item(s).

Returns + exchange criteria:
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of purchase, in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in its clear bag. Items will not be accepted if items show signs of wear or have been altered in any way. 
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE.

How to return or exchange:
  • Email us at and we will send you a return label if you meet the above criteria. If possible, reuse the original packaging to send them back. Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued in the manner in which the original purchase was made in 1 - 2 business days.


Furry Friends:

We love our furry friends! But shedding, not so much. Even if an item is not for you, someone else might love it! If you do decide to return an item, please do not place it on a surface that your furry friend also has access to. We cannot accept returns of items covered in hair.

Lost packages:

In the case where you have received delivery confirmation, but you cannot find the item, please note we cannot submit the claim for the lost package. Once we ship the item, it is out of our hands, and for assistance locating the package, please contact the mail carrier. Please make sure you are choosing an address that is safe and secure where you can receive your item.
